Our midwives develop trusting relationships with our clients that result in confident, supported labor and birth. We balance the wisdom of midwifery and the personal transformation of birth with the benefits of modern science to provide grounded, evidence based care unique to each family that we work with. Fertility Care
For Queer & Trans people the childbearing year begins long before a positive pregnancy test. Our fertility care encompasses individuals exploring their family building path and want to talk to an expert directly instead of using Google, and those who want low intervention IUI care to get pregnant at home or in a cozy midwifery office.

All Queer & Trans people deserve affirming providers who can meet their needs as they grow their families. Providers require additional education as they adapt their fertility and perinatal practices to meet the needs of their patients. We bring equity-informed expert consulting and continuing education to professionals through online courses and in person at universities, health systems, and conferences.
